Shipping policy

Shipping Policy 

Depending on order volume, please allow 1-2 weeks for items to be made, packaged and shipped. Additional time might be needed for product availability & higher demand items. 

If we are experiencing higher volume orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Expect some delays around Holiday season. 

We do ship to PO Boxes. 

We currently ship to all 50 US states and Washington D.C. 

We do not ship internationally, at the moment. 

Shipping is done every Tuesday and Friday. Additional days may be added based on volume of orders. 

Carrier

We use USPS to deliver all orders. First Class is the preferred method which takes 2-5 days *estimated. Expect delays during major holidays or a change in USPS operating hours. 

Shipping rates 

The rate charged for shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping. 

Tracking 

Tracking numbers are provided by the carrier: USPS (United States Postal Service).

Once orders are in a USPS shipping facility, we are no longer responsible for packages.
